2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 41000 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a Malaysian identity card or passport at any time for account verification purposes.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 41000 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their login credentials.
Permitted Use of the Platform
You agree to use the 41000 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the gaming or payment systems
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Disclosing or distributing the platform's internal technical information without written authorisation
- Submitting false claims or providing misleading information to the platform or other users
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 41000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking services listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits must be made only from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The platform reserves the right to decline or investigate any transaction suspected of originating from a third party or linked to unlawful activity.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
The platform is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by external payment provider systems, network issues, or circumstances beyond 41000's control.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The platform does not guarantee that its services will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions. The platform will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
41000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the platform's discretion for any other reason it deems necessary.
In cases of account closure due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
